Pre-prepared food has become a matter of course in our kitchens. Conveniently packaged in a cook-in bag, it can effortlessly be turned into a delicious dish.
Hot and cold – a daily routine for allfo cook-in bags. Depending on the film type, they withstand temperatures from -40°C to +121°C, without delamination, leakage, flexcracking or streaking. We know that this is essential for high-quality cook-in bags in order to allow your products to be chilled or even quick-frozen after cooking at high temperatures. According to your requirements we have developed a wide range of cook-in bags with extreme temperature resistances from -40°C to +121°C for use in gastronomy and industry.
Numerous companies, which offer food in certain processing stages, use the services of our customers. They supply private households, gastronomy or facilitate the preparation of communal catering. Convenience is the magic word whose products reduce kitchen work considerably, so it is not surprising that 80 to 90 percent of all food reaches the consumer already pre-prepared.
„Sous Vide” (French for „under a vacuum“) is the best known and certainly the most amazing innovation which has become indispensable in canteen kitchens. In line with the requirements of the rapidly growing market, we have developed and stocked a wide range of cook-in bags for use in gastronomy (Sous-Vide process). In this modern process, the ingredients are placed in small cook-in bags and vacuum packaged. For a relatively long time, the bag is then gently cooked at low temperature in warm water (max. 60°C). The nature of the product is retained, as are its flavour and nutrients. The process facilitates rationalisation and reduces stress at peak times, as the dishes only have to be arranged on the plate.
Our cook-in bags are available in two different qualities: Either made of OPA/PP barrier film with a temperature resistance from -40°C to +121°C, or made of PA/PE with a temperature resistance from -40°C to +115°C. Both types guarantee a high oxygen barrier and excellent material strength. They have been designed for optimal sealing in chamber machines.
